The milder form of Generalised Anxiety (GAD) is worrying.

Worrying is a serious problem even though it is not as painful as more extreme forms of anxiety.

With long term worry it is easy for someone to just accept it and think that is just how I am,  ‘I am a worrier!'

Living in a constant state of worry can give you a low quality of life, without enjoyment and feeling fulfilled.

You can lose the belief that you can do anything about it.

The other problem is that if you are living in a worry state you are far more likely to find yourself in a more severe anxiety state if you have any problems in your everyday life -Job , Money , Relationships , Health.

It is important to overcome worry and live in a more relaxed state to not only feel happier but to give you a buffer zone to cope with life’s problems when they arise.
