We can decide what meaning we are going to give to any situation in our lives including our own thoughts and emotions. Meaning is what we focus on.
We can decide what we are going to do to bring about the changes we want.
Our awareness give us the opportunity to view what we are doing and keep making changes until we achieve what we are aiming for.
