There are things, which we can't change:
Everything that has already happened
Other people's opinion of us or reaction to us
What someone else does or thinks
So what can we do.
We always have acceptance.
Unfortunately, when we think of acceptance, it always seems a weak and passive thing to do.
But nothing could be further from the truth.
Acceptance is facing up to and accepting reality. This is a powerful, strong and courageous attitude.
We have the power to make a choice and accept things just as they are.
