Not good enough

At the heart of most of our problems is feeling not good enough.

So, how do we know if we don't feel good enough?

We are not comfortable with who we are.

We can't relax. We have anxiety.

We have lots of negative self talk.
We are hard on ourselves.

We have high expectations.
